During our initial consultation, you can ask questions, get a feel for my style and methods, and share a brief synopsis of your chief concerns and immediate goals with me. We can chat via phone or meet via internet video – whatever is most comfortable for you. If you feel we are aligned with goals and methodology, we can schedule our first paid session, which usually lasts about 60 minutes. Subsequent sessions also run about 50-60 minutes.
