It’s been said that a practitioner can only take a client as far as they themselves have traveled, and I can honestly say I’ve walked a fair mile in this life. Travail and many trials blessed me with a deep well of compassion and the understanding that the ubiquity of human pain and loss is evidence that none of us are truly strangers to one another.

In my search for Truth, I immersed myself in numerous wisdom traditions, exploring the singular thread of love universally weaving the patchwork quilt of creation within the heart of the Divine. After judgments, rigidity, and limiting beliefs fell away, what remained was undefended acceptance and the spacious magnanimity of the Self.

I’ve taught yoga to incarcerated men, led over a thousand groups in dual-diagnosis facilities and residential crisis centers, and worked with a world-class medical intuitive and Ayurvedic medicine practitioner in a successful private practice.

Formal education includes a stint in the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, a Bachelor of Science in psychology, and a master’s in counseling psychology from Bastyr Naturopathic University.

My earnest spiritual education began in 2010 when I entered a rigorous apprenticeship with an ascetic, master teacher who lived a life of extreme self-discipline and renunciation. She showed me the inherent falsity of the ego, revealed the irrational programming of my shadow, and guided me through a fiery crucible of intense subconscious purification.
